We are the only Italian company to cultivate the blue corn of the Inca, thanks to the collaboration with the State University of Milan. Rich in antioxidants, our corn prevents cardiovascular diseases
We follow the preparation of our products from start to finish. We only use flour of cereals cultivated on our land and each ingredient comes from the best Italian suppliers. We make our bakery products in a modern laboratory managed by the chef and pastry maker Mario Decorato. At the heart of our mission there is continuous research and experimentation of new recipes, taking care of the most innovative and healthy aspects.

REDISCOVERY OF ANTIQUE CORN SPECIES
The desire to offer a quality product with the best nutritional properties has come true in collaboration with the State University of Milan. Thanks to the partnership with the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, the Azienda Agricola Frettoli is the only italian company to use rare corn species of ancient origin in its handcrafted products.
